What is Jotwell?
Short (2-4pp) reviews of recent academic legal writing — but only of work that is freely available on line to everyone.
Reviews celebrating the work and explaining why it’s worth reading, perhaps situating it in a literature.
We hope to do two things:
1. Draw attention to interesting recent legal scholarship
2. Provide a forum for discussion of the best new legal writing
